2018 Producers Guild Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2018 Producers Guild Awards was the event to attend in Los Angeles on Saturday (January 20), with a host of star making appearances.

Holly Hunter: While this look isn’t going to remain in our minds for long, I love the high waist and geometric-print bodice on the Elizabeth Kennedy Spring 2017 gown. A perfect blowout and arms that are giving us all major workout inspo are keeping Holly on the fashion map.

Timothee Chalamet: The ‘Call Me By Your Name’ actor has certainly been stretching his fashion legs his first award season, and continues to experiment. Since we have mostly seen him in more shrunken styles, this slightly oversized double-breasted jacket seems to be a departure. I’m not crazy about it on its own, but I like it as a entry into his overall body of red carpet ‘work’.

Leslie Mann: I consider Leslie to be one of the most underrated stars to regularly grace the red carpet, and this Reem Acra gown, paired with Irene Neuwirth jewels proves my point: The gown has absolutely everything I love in a gown: Bright colors, a gorgeous print, exquisite detailing and and overall joyful vibe. Thanks for never letting me down, Leslie.

Nikki Reed: While the power suit never goes out of style, this spring it is certainly coming into play in a strong way once again. Nikki’s red Clarité Fall 2018 suit is everything it should be, and the Simran Rihal ‘Estee’ clutch is delicate diamond rings are perfect accessories. Her Alexandre Birman ribbon sandals are talking points all their own, and I’m so glad the cropped hemline gave them a chance to shine.

Daniel Kaluuya: You can never go wrong with a Dolce +Gabbana suit, as shown here by Daniel. The brocade is gorgeous, as is the color. Adding some lapel flair makes this a perfect menswear moment.

Alison Sudol: This ultra demure look would be hard for many to pull off, but Alison does a lovely job. The vintage bustline and pearl buttons are giving me ‘bridal’ tones, but the black lace details and her deep red lip and messy bob show she’s got her fashion tongue in cheek, and make it all work.

Betty Gabriel: In a sea of creativity, I’m afraid this Rea Costa Resort 2018 gown gets helplessly lost, but the lacework looks beautiful on her skin and is placed perfectly.

David Oyelowo: When it comes to a good suit, all the boxes are checked here. The fit is perfect, the satin details are chic and the black skinny tie was the perfect choice.

Abbie Cornish: I love fashion creativity, and Abbie wearing a sleeved top under this beautiful ombre beaded gown definitely falls into that category! Hueb and Anil Arjandas jewels and a truly perfect smokey eye completes her striking look.
