2018 NAACP Image Awards Menswear Roundup

A handful of suave men joined the ladies for the 2018 NAACP Image Awards on Monday (January 15) in Pasadena, California.

Marcus Scribner: From the wide wing of the metallic accent lapels on this Grayscale velvet tuxedo, to the gold embellished slippers, you would never accuse the look of lacking flair.

Chadwick Boseman: The actor dressed up in a Prada suit that got a boost of decorative appeal from contrast lapels and matching dark Christian Louboutin loafers.

Algee Smith: Bare chest and bare ankles, Algee turned up the heat by skipping the shirt and socks.

Michael B. Jordan: Typically sleek, Michael made a good impression in this monochromatic black look with glossy Christian Louboutin shoes to round it out.

Daniel Kaluuya: I like the subtle star embossing on this Ports 1961 jacket to add a special touch to the suited-up look.

Sterling K. Brown:
The ‘This Is Us’ actor couldn’t have looked more sharply classic in his Isaia tuxedo styled with Jimmy Choo shoes along with a Chopard watch and cufflinks.

Caleb McLaughlin: I don’t always love this strong of a sheen in a suit, but I think the young actor managed to pull it off okay.

Omari Hardwick: Winner of outstanding actor in a drama series, the ‘Power’ actor accepted his award in his own ‘power’ suit designed to make a statement with its burgundy jacket and velvet tie.

Anthony Anderson: Formal on top, casual on the bottom, Anthony paired his white dinner jacket with socks-less Christian Louboutin loafers for an interesting boost of panache and personality.
