Unsung Heroine – Rebecca Hall

Something magical happened around August 30, on day one of Venice Film Festival that I believe has been greatly overlooked: the brilliance of Rebecca Hall.

Now, this wasn’t her first red carpet look, but it was the start of a beautiful run which saw her move between, mostly, Armani Prive, Gabriela Hearst (her favoured brand), Monse and Prada.

I’m not sure if this was a case of new stylist, new look; or just a rich vein of form, but it should be celebrated.

YES! She had such an amazing run. Didn’t know she had it in her. Just gorgeous.

Love her Monse look. Monse is deserving of its own award this year, for challenging fashion norms and “red carpet appropriate attire”

She rocked it out at Venice! Glad to see her recognized. Daisy Ridley–who also deserved most consistent (though I voted for Z)–doesn’t get enough praise either.

Thank you for acknowledging her amazing run at Venice.

One stunning look after another. Mesmerizing in black. Probably my Festival Queen of 2017 along with Elle Fanning.
