Zendaya Coleman In Ralph Lauren, Marni & Chloe – Out In New York City

Both Saturday (December 9) and Monday (December 11) saw another string of New York City appearances from Zendaya Coleman, who has been busy promoting ‘The Greatest Showman’—and showing off her continued chic streak.

Empire State Building: On Saturday, she was atop the Empire State Building—and at the top of her style game, too, with this Ralph Lauren tuxedo coat worn over a Martin Grant Spring 2018 skirt that I loved for its bright, emerald hue that radiated with its jewel-toned mood. The styling was perfection, too, with her sleek bun and statement earrings—with the snow adding a cinematic touch.

Out in New York:
Her glamour waves returned with this Marni Marni Pre-Fall 2017 coat that may have fallen on deaf ears if it were not for the snappy, exploded houdstooth collar. Casadei ‘Techno Blade’ boots added another layer of sharp edginess to the dynamic look.

Out In New York: We all know Zendaya doesn’t hide from the retro vibes, and they were strong here in this Chloe Spring 2018 ensemble that was playfully fun and funky—especially when topped off with the geometric booties.

I was in love with the seasonal sophistication of the first and second look. Which one caught your eye?

I like all three looks. I want the Marni coat.

I don’t actually like any of the pieces she’s sporting (bar maybe the boots in her third look), but I have to say she looks fantastic and is such a joy to see dress up. I find her one of the few people in today’s show industry who still manage to experiment with fashion in a fun and appropriate way. Plus, I love her hair and beauty look in the second and third outfits.

A coat shorter than the skirt underneath it is a no from me, plus it looks kind of ageing.

    The second coat is wonderful.

The third look gives me shivers, how can you wear a coat and then go sleeveless on the same day?

+1 Agreed on all points. Also those shoes in the third look are a big no no. Maybe in a different look, but not combined with this romantic, delicate print.

The second coat is great. The rest is meh

The second look is gorgeous and so right for the season!

I only care for the second look, that’s a great coat. I don’t like the fabric of the skirt in the first look – makes me think of santa’s helper costume, and I don’t think the length works well with the boots, and I think the Chloé is a bit too contrived.

The second look is good one.

I covet all the coats in this post

I like the 2nd and 3rd looks, but find the first too aging on her.

I only like the 2nd look.
