Olga Kurylenko In Balmain – British Independent Film Awards 2017

Following her appearance at the Dubai International Film Festival which saw Olga Kurylenko don two Elie Saab Couture gowns, the actress was back in London for the British Independent Film Awards on Sunday (December 10).

Making lustre the operating principle of her red carpet look, Olga opted for a different style of glamour in Balmain.

Crafted with thick, textural embroidery and metal beading, I love how the fringe trims add a sassy edgy.

While we’re more used to a particular, some might say predictable, style from Olga, I think manages to pull this heavy-duty look off with great aplomb.

Do you agree?

She looks great. Balmain is truly one of the best options for a striking, more brave red carpet look.

The dress is hard to pull off. It kinda remind me of a bird but she wears it well.

I’m happy to see her mix it up. This is a Balmain that I like on her, I like it more on her than on the runway.

It’s not my favorite dress but I think this is a nice change of pace for Olga and she wears it well.

That… gown.. is a perfect example of why I usually strongly dislike Balmain. Overdesigned mess of a dress.

      +1 a shame, such a gorgeous woman.

Have to disagree. This is an overworked dress and not flattering.

She’s beautiful and can wear anything, however, I much prefer her in Elie Saab’s elegant styles. This is too much and not the least bit appealing to look at.
