Sofia Carson In Giambattista Valli – ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ LA Premiere

Sofia Carson attended the ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ premiere on Saturday (December 9) in Los Angeles, California.

Following ‘Descendants 2’ promo tour, Sofia has gone from sugary, to full on glamour.

I love how her Giambattista Valli black gown is elevated with an embellished neckline for a dramatic and timelessly glamorous finish.

Some may feel the earrings were a tad too much bling here, but they heighten the appeal for me.

Wow, looks like a star of silver screen.

I’ll be in the minority here, but I actually love the eye makeup. It makes the green in her eyes pop!

I also like the earrings (they are by Butani) but not in combination with this outfit. Feels to matchy matchy with the collar of the dress. A dress that is already a bit matronly.

She looks nice. Love the earrings with it.

Her makeup is so bad it almost ruins the look for me. The dress is really lovely and the earrings are killer but it all seems a little mature.

Agree. This look is something I would expect to see on someone at least fifteen years older than Sofia. It ages her so unnecessarily and is way too serious a look for her.

      100% agree.

I just love her hair – it looks so healthy and shiny and, chic

Other than the eye makeup, this look is fine. The eye makeup is not horrible — it’s actually well executed. It’s just that I am yet to see red eye shadow that actually looks good on the wearer.

It’s nice but I feel she could have had more fun for the occasion.

Agreed. Like, the stars of the actual movie had more fun with their looks and she was just there as a guest to watch the movie, so… yeah.
