Sonam Kapoor In Ashi Studio – 2017 Dubai International Film Festival

Following the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards, where Sonam Kapoor failed to impress the majority, the Indian actress was back on the red carpet for the opening night gala of the 14th annual Dubai International Film Festival this evening (December 6).

We love Ashi Studio for his sculptural Couture designs, yet this Spring 2018 ready-to-wear look demonstrates a more minimalist aesthetic.

I do love it when Sonam pushes the envelope and presents more fashion forward looks, but after her previously maximalist look, I adore the change of pace with this effortless monochromatic look.

The look was styled with Repossi jewels.

I’m not one for the beautiful but boring gowns that are usually favoured by the readers, but this is absolutely gorgeous.

A classic look. Very lovely. Also I feel slightly bored by it and wish she went for one of the more structural Ashi Studio.

I love the look. The only downside is the watch. I don’t understand the idea of wearing watches with gown, it’s just so pointless and completely random.

She was there as the embassador of iwc watches so wore it as compulstion
