Diane Kruger In Rag & Bone & Givenchy – Build Series & SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations: ‘In The Fade’

Diane Kruger paid a visit to the Build Series in New York on Tuesday (December 5) to discuss her new film ‘In the Fade.’

The actress has had some divisive looks of late, but I think this Rag & Bone Resort 2018 ensemble will hopefully win many fans thanks to its masterful mix.

The patent finish on the black skirt added even more of a sophisticated edge to the embellished sweater while creating a delightful textural contrast.

I can see some being let down that she borrowed the entire look, but I feel the combination is very much in keeping with her style.

Plus, she differentiated her ensemble with the sock boots with patent toes.

Later on Tuesday (December 5), Diane took part in the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations: ‘In The Fade’ event in New York City.

This time, she went for a retro, preppy vibe in full Givenchy Spring 2018.

The pieces may be different from the other ensemble, but they still feel very her.

The oversized cut of the blouse is balanced by the slim faded jeans, creating her signature mash up.

Proving that every detail is considered, the front split on the hem of the trousers was mimicked in the cut of the joyful red shoes.

I like both looks. Cool but not trying hard.

    The first look is cool.

I like the first look but maybe the skirt is too glossy. It isn´t leather, is it?

the first look is great; the second not so much.

The first look is quite nice — weather and event appropriate and very cozy looking. I find the second quite unflattering on Dianee. Maybe if the shirt had been untucked it would have had some drape and alleviated some of the issues I have but as shown it is giving her linebacker shoulders and too much volume above slim fitted pants.

I would totally wear the 1st look,it works head to toe. I don’t get the jeans with the 2nd look,I wish they were black because that wash looks dated to me

I don’t know why, but I don’t really like the Rag&Bone skirt. In theory, it is everything I could ever want out of a leather skirt, but it just looks weird to me. Looking past that, the looks is perfectly styled. Same goes for the Givenchy outfit. Funnily enough, I don’t like the pants either. I don’t like the way they look, which is pretty cheap, but once again, the styling is impeccable.

i love the first look. It feels wintery and cozy, but still has a little punk vibe.

The second one is alright. Not a big fan of the combination of the top and the pants.
