Camila Alves In Johanna Ortiz – Ocean Drive Magazine Cover Launch Party

Camila Alves was in Miami Beach, Florida on Thursday (November 9) to celebrate her Ocean Drive Magazine cover.

I wouldn’t have been mad had Camila opted for a more summery look considering her location, however, I am delighted to see her wearing this Johanna Ortiz Fall 2017 velvet embellished dress which combines the glitz of ’80s with the glamour of the ’30s.

Aside from the plush fabric and crystal embellishments, it’s the oversized single sleeve which makes the biggest statement here along with the Jenny Bird ‘Ariel’ earrings.

The colour looks great on her but I’m not fond of the dress design.

The color is gorgeous but the dress is awful and dated. Put the other sleeve back and she could be on the original Dynasty.

The whole look feels a bid dated.

i agree. And if at all, I would have had both sleeves to make it more cohesive. It feels weird to have a heavy velvet sleeve on one side and naked skin on the other.

      The colour is gorgeous though.

Feels very 80’s to me. I hope we never get back to that period! I could barely stand 90’s fashion 🙁
