Glamour’s ‘The Girl Project’

Celebrities came together on Wednesday (October 11) in New York City in honour of Glamour’s ‘The Girl Project’ to celebrate the new school year and to inspire girls to succeed academically and to take on the world.

Yara Shahidi: The ‘Black-ish’ actress showed off her personal flair while promoting an important message with her Hstry ‘Respect Existence Or Expect Resistance’ long-sleeve tee. She paired it with a vivid red Prada angora skirt from the Fall 2017 collection which was decorated with light blue flowers. FoundRae jewels completed her look.

Freida Pinto: There were details aplenty in the Indian actress’s outfit. The red, black and white dress was trimmed in black. Furthermore, it featured an asymmetrical hem and long sleeves mixed with thin straps. Despite the numerous details, the look wasn’t overwhelming thanks to her minimalist styling.

Uzo Aduba: The ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress struck a pose in a Rebecca Taylor printed black jumpsuit. The one-shoulder neckline with ruffle had a feminine charm. I especially love the way Uzo’s hairstyle mimicked the asymmetry and volume of the bodice to create a cohesive finish.
