Miu Miu Women’s Tales Venice Film Festival Photocall

The ‘Miu Miu Women’s Tales’ photocall was held during the Venice Film Festival last week on Thursday (August 31), with a crush of starlets in attendance—all dressed in Miu Miu, naturally.

Rowan Blanchard: Perfectly colour-coordinated, Rowan had me at hello in this vibrant floral frock that was dazzling and darling with its delicious palette. I love how she echoed the embellished collar with her silver-accented pumps.

Kate Bosworth: Strewn with signature Miu Miu magpie-worthy embellishment, this feather-sleeve frock was right in line with Kate’s style especially with her tight topknot. I do think the dress might have been better served with a lighter shoe, as the black heels weighed it down a bit.

Chloe Sevingy: Chloe’s Miu Miu streak in Venice continued here, with this little blue mini that scintillated with crystallized accents. She styled the look with another pair of kitten heels along with the drawstring bag, I love the fresh mood she’s been putting forth lately, with her coral lip adding a delightful finish.

Laura Harrier: It was a paillette party for Laura, who brought a sweet, twee spirit to the shiny look with her blue Mary Janes.

Zosia Mamet: Had it not been for the gigantic platform shoes, I may have never recognized Zosia. The shoes will forever be an acquired taste, but there was still some chic fun to be had in this leaf-print dress and retro-inspired round shades.

Tavi Gevinson: As we transition into fall, the summer velvet crush becomes more relevant. Still, this precious dress may register as a bit heavy given the sunny surroundings. She did keep it as light as possible with her ballet-pink accessories, rounding out the look with her sleek bun and magenta lip.

Kiernan Shipka: Kiernan recently wore another Miu Miu look in Venice, but this floral-embroidered frock was right in line with her charming, cool-girl attitude. She can even make those silver platforms work here.

Celia Rowlson-Hall: I’m not sure the boxiness of this top did Celia any favours, but I do think she styled the ensemble well. Plus, her complexion and makeup looked positively radiant here.

Alycia Debnam-Carey: Sometimes a shrunken dress can look, well, a bit too shrunken…
