Deepika Padukone In Zara – OPPO F3 Event

If Olivia Culpo has piqued your interest, and you’re looking for more inspiration when it comes to the combining red and pink, Deepika Padukone has got you covered.

Back on August 10, the Bollywood star attended the launched of the OPPO F3 limited edition smartphone in Mumbai wearing a red jacquard Zara oriental print dress paired with the customised trousers in a hot pink hue.

The pieces are gorgeous on their own, however, put together, they form Salwar Kameez-style look with wide-leg trousers.

Totally committing to the colour scheme, she added magenta pointed-toe Christian Louboutin ‘Iriza’ pumps and Stella McCartney earrings.

I’ll agree with Alina about the length. The look as a whole is a stroke of genius though.

This may be the rare instance in which the outfit looks better photographed than it probably did in real life.

Maybe its because I am really drawn to this colour scheme that I love it – not sure if I would feel the same way if it were a different colouration

Nope. All this fabric is way too much. It just doesnt work like the it did with Olivia.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Something about the two of them together makes it too heavy. This is a definite pass.

If you were correct with Olivia Culpo’s look that “The key to working eye popping brights is layering clean cuts with minimal fuss and colour-blocking,” then this look should not work. I don’t like this look despite my love of the color combination because the pants and the dress do not work with each other.

This is quite a nice look.

No. I don’t like this at all.

The trousers seem to be a little too long, imo. Otherwise, this is an interesting look.
