Pom Klementieff In Gucci – ‘Ingrid Goes West’ LA Premiere

While her co-stars Aubrey Plaza and Elizabeth Olsen were twinning on the red carpet for the premiere of ‘Ingrid Goes West’, Pom Klementieff was making a style statement all of her own.

Pom’s style usually takes the sharply tailored, all-black-everything, fashion-forward route, but her Gucci Pre-Fall 2017 dress was not only vintage-inspired but awash with a bright aqua hue.

I do like it when stars step out of their comfort-zone, but I’m not really feeling this look on Pom.

While the spirited vibe was so right for this movie, I don’t think it suits her and I’m not so crazy about the fit around the bust either.

Do you agree? Or do you love this change of pace?

My 1st thought is actually also that this little number doesn’t suit her. It’s too “kindergarten” for her.

That’s one tricky dress to attempt to pull off, but I actually feel like she makes it work. I love the beauty look, too, I feel like the sculptural hair helps make it work. It’s not her best look, but I like it.

I couldn’t agree more. I’m totally in love with how she styled it, the hair works wonders here, and I think the simpler styling (vs the lookbook) was what this dress needed.

I want a friend named Pom!! anyone available??
It looks 100 times better on her than the lookbook. It is fun and looks fresh on her.

I feel like this is one of those go-big-or-go-home dresses, and Pom’s styling isn’t really up to the task. The graphic details and cartoonish ruffles call for equally bombastic styling, a la the lookbook. This just falls flat.
