Fan Bingbing In Louis Vuitton – Les Parfums Louis Vuitton Shanghai Event

Les Parfums Louis Vuitton, the first perfumes that the French brand has launched in the last 70 years, is the collection of seven women’s scents created by Louis Vuitton’s perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud.

Fan Bingbing was of course on hand to celebrate the collection at an event held in Shanghai, China yesterday evening (July 13) with the perfumer himself.

I have a feeling the bold print of the actress’s Louis Vuitton Resort 2018 maxi won’t be to everyone’s liking, but as much as I like classic Bingbing, I also like unexpected Bingbing, and this falls firmly in the latter.

Her unexpected side showcases her personality and daring attitude, something I wish to see more often.

Les Parfums launched back in September, and can be found in Louis Vuitton boutiques; $240 for a 100ml bottle, and $350 for 200ml.

I love this look on the runaway, the model is rocking the hell out of this dress. But Fan Bingbing falls on the princess side, and can’t make the dress work for me,

She wore thisin July? Is it fall in Shanghai? Too volumenous for such a petite person.

That is one hideous dress. Wow! Those colors together ick. And that weird collar thingy…and those sheer panels with bunchy fabric underneath. Im astonished people like this. This belongs on WDOTY lists, imo anyways.

I’m into it. The dress is colorful and eye-catching, but not OTT. Wish she pulled her hair back though.

Unexpected, fashion forward Fan is much more interesting than princess-y Fan. I love the print. But it’s a tad too shapeless to really work, or maybe she would just have needed some edgier hair and make-up to pull it off nonetheless.

As much as I like to see her trying out different styles, I’m not 100% sold on this look. The hair is way too princessy for this edgy dress and I wish she’d added something for a bit more definition.

I couldn’t agree more! The hair does not match this look! I would have loved to see it sleek and straight with a middle part.

It’s nice to not see her in a princess gown
