Tommy Dorfman FROW at Spring 2018 Menswear Fashion Week

Tommy Dorfman has been a noticeable fixture on the front row at Spring 2018 Menswear Fashion Week in Milan and Paris, attending a trio of shows where the young actor looked as if he could have stepped straight from the runway himself.

Fendi show: At Fendi, he paid homage to the brand with a schoolboy-meets-sporty edge. Successfully wearing this mauve zipper sweater, emblazoned with racing stripes, alongside army-green pinstripe trousers was no small feat. But, he does so incredibly seamlessly. I love the additional quirk of the ‘Green’ knapsack, with athletic shoes rounding out the look.

Cerruti show: Letting his shirt do the talking at Cerruti on Friday (June 23), this tee-and-shorts number got a style-forward upgrade with the statement printed backpack and flatform footwear that made menswear sandals seem quite alright—good, even.

Balmain show: Adding knee-high socks to a pair of quilted, buckle sandals, Tommy continued to push the directional envelope at Balmain the next day, Saturday (June 24). Of course, it was his hyper-embellished, studded and mesh tunic dress that commanded much of the attention. Yet, he wore it with a spirit of easy nonchalance.
