Vanessa Hudgens’ Billboard Music Awards Wardrobe Changes

In addition to showing off her rapping and songbird skills while co-hosting the 2017 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday (May 21) in Las Vegas, Vanessa Hudgens flaunted a number of wardrobe changes providing different pieces of fashion eye candy throughout the night.

Starting off the pink carpet on a romantically feminine note, Vanessa wrapped herself in a Marchesa Fall 2017 bow-bedecked gown that offered a modern, sleek twist on girly dressing.

I love how this Manuel Facchini Spring 2017 embellished gown married the wilder take on animal print with a sense of sultry, streamlined sophistication—and Vanessa managed it effortlessly. Nicholas Kirkwood heels completed the look.

Returning to a more classically feminine elegance, she changed into a floral-embroidered Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2017 gown with Nicholas Kirkwood sandals. The plunge and waistline seemed to hang a bit low, but I do appreciate the simplicity with which she approached the styling of the look.

If you thought her last look was floral-centric, this Marchesa Spring 2017 cold-shoulder confection outdid it by leaps and bounds with its array of dimensional blooms. It had a boho-fairy sensibility that I found to be quite enchanting on Vanessa, but I cannot imagine liking this dress on everyone. Giuseppe Zanotti shoes completed the ensemble.

Rounding out the night, Vanessa put on a Pucci gown with the design house’s signature bold-faced pattern play. It had a modern retro mood, and I loved the long, sweeping fluidity of the design along with her red lip and Jennifer Fisher jewels that tied it all together.

It wouldn’t be Billboard without a flashy on-stage moment, and Vanessa’s came with her Anon silver, two-piece ensemble that had her channeling a glitzy Cleopatra while likewise turning heads with her enviably toned midriff.

Echoing the pleasantly surprised sentiments by everyone here. Particularly considering this is a music awards show, I love every single one of these looks. Not a bad one amongst them. I honestly can’t pick a fave but 1-4 are in a four-way first place!

She looks great in all the looks. My favorite is the very first gown, the Marchesa, followed by the Herrara. She really outdid herself with these looks.

There’s two looks missing, which are a N°21 Pre/Fall17 chiffon dress and a Ronald Vanderkemp Demi couture black tutu gown.
My favourite is probably the second Marchesa gown, although the Manuel Facchini comes close.

She kept it relatively classy as a host and I appreciate that. I like these looks. I like the second Marchesa and the Herrara best.

The first Marchesa gown is everything on her. I love it so much, perhaps a BDOTW contender for me. I also love the CH gown.

This is the first time I see an awards show host not wearing any bad outifts. Loved them all especially the Herrara.
