‘Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story’ London Screening

A dynamic trio of trend-forward stars were at the screening of ‘Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story’ in London on Tuesday (May 16).

Salma Hayek: Salma prettified this Gucci Resort 2017 ensemble by wearing the strong, plaid skirt with a feminine ruffle blouse and sculpted heels, although the leather jacket did contribute a tougher edge. It was a solid effort for Salma; I was just slightly bothered by the fit of the skirt around the hips, as I would have preferred a more streamlined finish.

Lupita Nyong’o: I was delighted to see Lupita back on the red carpet in this statement-making Fendi Spring 2017 ensemble that brought in her love of bold hues with the red turtleneck sweater. It takes a certain talent to pull off the directional edge of the crop top and those cropped parachute pants, and she definitely fit the bill. Plus, her styling and her beauty look were on point from top to toe.

Naomi Campbell: The supermodel was not ready to bid adieu to sheer yet, as she wore it in a lace top with this decorative, sexy spin on suiting from the Alexander McQueen Spring 2017 collection. Her sleek bob helped increase the chic factor of the look.

A fussy ruffle front top with a pussy bow on a big busted lady? Get outta here!

All three look rather odd. They are heavy and unflattering and unappealing.

Stop trying to make Gucci happen for Salma Hayek. It’s not gonna happen!

+100000000. 95% of the time, it’s a mess. A lot of folks can’t pull off the total Gucci look, Salma is one of them.
Lupita is okay, not for everyone but she sells it
Naomi= no. Enough with black and lace

Lupita is the only one from the three to make the outfit work.

No, no, and no. Hayek’s series of unflattering fashion choices continues. She is a one woman show of what not to wear. That Fendi logo, ugh. And just saying “cropped parachute pants” induces involuntary eye-roll reflex. Love only Lupita Nyong’o’s beauty look and hair. Not even going to bother commenting on Campbell. And don’t get me started on the footwear. Awful.

I don’t like any of these. This is is not a solid effort by Salma. It’s too tight, makes her look boxy and has too much going on. Please, Ms Hayek, take a break from Gucci. The other two outfits are also not flattering and just too much going on.

  9. Alina May 17, 2017 at 07:51 #

    No to all of these.

There is way too much going on with Selma’s ensemble, she needs tune down a notch.
no comments on Lupita’s look.Naomi looked chic as always.
when is the Cannes wishlist coming out?I need to know the attendees this year.

These outfits kind of look like they went into their closets blindfolded, picked out random items and put them on. I’m really not a fan of any of them.
