Kaya Scodelario In Elie Saab – ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ Paris Premiere

Kaya Scodelario celebrated the release of Disney’s ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ at Disneyland Paris on Sunday (May 14) France.

The British actress wore a Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2017 dress which may at first glance seem too heavy for the current season, however, I feel the tulle fabrication gives the look a lightness tempering the embellishments and velvet accents.

For a Disney premiere there has to be a touch mystic, which this look possesses in abundance.

I like. I wish she wore green shoes.

I feel like this is too dark for an outside premiere this time of year. Also… the dress is kinda wearing her, not the other way around.

The hair definitely should’ve been up with such a busy dress, and I don’t know, but I’m missing something… The whole styling seems unoriginal? I mean, I know a dress like this calls for understated accessories but this looks simply lazy.
A beautiful dress doesn’t automatically make a good look I guess.

I feel like she should have worn her hair up. The design makes her shoulders look very broad, I don’t know if I’m a fan of it. Otherwise, it’s alright.

I see what you mean about the shoulders. I agree

Ahhh. I was trying to figure out what was off about this look. It IS the shoulders! It looks so out of proportion and I just cant like it. I do love the green belt though, it cinches in the waist so nicely.
