Thandie Newton was on trend wearing a red custom Monse gown for the 2017 Met Gala on Monday (May 1).

The British actress dazzled in her Swarovski crystal decked gown. It was show stopping from every angle with the floral headdress helping this look stay on theme.

Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get on board with the heavy handed eye makeup.
