Candy Crush x Moschino Coachella Party

Coachella is never lacking in revelry and festivities, but the Candy Crush x Moschino Desert Party on Saturday (April 15) was one for the books. Hosted by Moschino designer Jeremy Scott, the fancifully colouful fete served to introduce his latest capsule collection with the addictive mobile game.

Katy Perry: Naturally, Jeremy Scott’s good friend Katy Perry would be in attendance—and dressed for the occasion. Rocking an even shorter platinum pixie, she wore a cropped version of a colourful Moschino Fall 2017 neon fur coat that must have been quite hot. No matter, she kept her cool with a metallic Moschino sports bra underneath and lime-green sunnies.

Serayah McNeill: Like Katy, Serayah also found inspiration in a jacket piece, hers a long, crochet number from the Moschino Fall 2017 collection. While her black and white bra top, orange shorts, and handbag were well-coordinated, the same cannot exactly be said for those furry flatforms that stuck out for all the wrong reasons.

Charli XCX: Looking every bit like she could run a post-party marathon in this Moschino look, the entertainer kept it brief in hot pants and a crop top, strewn with word art and messaging. Neon Nike sneakers drove home the athletic appeal.

Rita Ora: It’s hard to take this look seriously, and I’m not sure Rita wants us to do so anyway. Metallic maven meets hipster cowgirl here, with the studded belt, cherry-printed cowboy boots, sky-blue shades, and Itchy Scratchy Patchy ‘Solidarity’ embroidered beret all enhancing its wacky, western mood. You might remember seeing the beret recently on Adwoa Aboah.

Coco Rocha: The supermodel chose not to colour so far outside the lines as her fellow partygoers, instead donning a dark, glittery Moschino Fall 2017 number that was still plenty head-turning with its high shine factor and disco, bell-bottom silhouette.
