Paris Jackson In Yanina Couture & Naeem Khan – 2017 GLAAD Media Awards & Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards

Paris Jackson had a busy weekend, with the 28th annual GLAAD Media Awards on Friday (March 31) and Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday (April 2) in West Hollywood.

2017 GLAAD Media Awards: Donning a colourfully whimsical Yanina Fall 2016 Couture design, I was delighted to see Paris go bold and bright in this artsy version of a princess gown. Some might object to the sheer skirt, but the radiating electric-blue pieces were enough to divert my eyes.

Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards: With more than a few try-hard looks at this event, Paris stood in refreshing contrast as she effortlessly rocked this Naeem Khan Pre-Fall 2017 beautifully embellished mini. It had just the right amount of edge, and I love that she added the unexpected quality of a royal purple handbag. The look was also styled with Sophia Webster ‘Nicole’ stilettos.

the second look is well done. lovely.
the first look has great colors but somehow doesn’t deliver on Paris

I could of loved the first dress if it was lined and if someone with more presence wore it. Cause the idea of it is great.
She looks great int he second. Like the styling.

    The second look is better.

The gown is quite breath-taking on the model, but a bit awkward on Paris – she needs more grace to carry it off. The 2nd mini works better for her.

Exactly, it doesn’t feel organic ( to use the expression ” du jour” among stylists).

Nepotism at its best. She has a pretty face but I don’t think she is model material. To me, people are just throwing expensive clothes on her but she is not really ‘wearing’ them. I like both dresses but going barefoot to the podium to receive a fashion award does not help her cause.

I like the Naeem Khan dress and that’s it.
