Miranda Lambert In Peter Langner & Gemy Maalouf – 2015 Kennedy Center Honors Formal Artist’s Dinner & Gala

Miranda Lambert was at the Kennedy Center Honors Formal Artist’s Dinner, hosted by United States Secretary of State John F. Kerry at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. on Saturday (December 5), before attending the Kennedy Center Honors Gala at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (December 6).

2015 Kennedy Center Honors Formal Artist’s Dinner: For the dinner, the country music artist wore a white Peter Langner gown. The issue with white dresses such as this is they often can read bridal, and such was the case here with the long, flowing chiffon skirt. I didn’t favour the effect of the tight plunge bodice on her.

38th Annual Kennedy Center Honors Gala: The next evening, she looked far more comfortable in a beautifully shimmering Gemy Maalouf silvery blue gown with a sculpted bodice. What made the look even more effortless was the styling. Sometimes simple is best, as was proven by her understated jewels and complementary tonal clutch that seamlessly flowed into the dress.
