Kendall Jenner’s Paris Fashion Week Style

Kendall Jenner Paris

Kendall Jenner has been taking Paris, France by storm over the last week or so, spotted out on no fewer than nine occasions during Paris Fashion Week with a wardrobe change in effect at every step of the way.

Look 1: Adding a touch of sartorial androgyny, the model took a structured approach in a Solace London ‘Kusama’ top paired with Elisabetta Franchi high-waisted trousers, Givenchy ‘Pandora’ wristlet, Dior ‘Technologic’ sunglasses, and Camilla and Marc ‘Honour’ flat loafers. I love the vibrancy of the cobalt blue.

Look 2: At a dinner at ‘Le Gabriel’ restaurant with Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing, she naturally was wearing Balmain in a lace-up jumpsuit with ruffled pant legs. I simply cannot make it past the see-through effect and visible panties, so the rest of the look falls victim to the transparency for me. The Givenchy ‘Pandora’ wristlet completed the look.

Look 3: While leaving Laperouse Restaurant, she donned a Balmain logo-print tank top with Balmain Spring 2016 high-waisted pants, which was a significantly more appropriate than her previous Balmain offering. Her favoured Givenchy ‘Pandora’ wristlet made another appearance showcasing its versatility yet again.

Look 4: Embracing the luxe warmth of fur, she was spotted out on the streets of Paris in a Sally LaPointe jacket edged up with Balenciaga leather leggings and Balmain ‘Nina’ leather ranger booties.

Look 5: Switching fur for a long trench coat, she wrapped up in a Sally LaPointe duster for another stroll in the City of Light under which she wore an ASOS cut-out jumpsuit. I didn’t love the cropped length of the pants in combination with the Stella McCartney ‘Elyse’ platform shoes. But, the Celine bag and Garrett Leight glasses were on par with the chic neutrality of the winter-white ensemble, so I will admire it from the mid-calf up.

Look 6: Perhaps one of her most sophisticated entrances was this Elie Saab Fall 2015 runway look in a deep army-green hue accessorized with the Roland Mouret ‘Classico’ bag. This was my favourite from the bunch for its effortlessly tailored refinement and monochromatic richness.

Look 7: Whilst shopping at Chanel, she bundled up in a Sally LaPointe felted cashmere wool turtleneck with silver fox trim. She balanced the lush fur with the sportier appeal of loose jogger pants, which actually brought down the look for me as they were rather unflattering at some angles with the loose sweater. She added more cool factor with Dior ‘Technos’ shades and a M2Malletier backpack.

Look 8: Switching up her street style yet again, she wore a Designers Remix ‘Saturday’ shearling jacket from the Fall 2015 collection with skinny, cropped jeans and another, more successful styling of the quirky, clunky Stella McCartney ‘Elyse’ platform shoes. From the Komono Crafted ‘Dreyfus’ shades to the Kurt Geiger Croc London tote, the styling of this look delivered on youthfully fun, urban-chic spirit.

Look 9: Entering L’Avenue restaurant, she rocked an Alessandra Rich pinstripe jumpsuit that you may remember has previously been worn by Chrissy Teigen. Like Chrissy, she skipped the cropped top that was originally presented under the jumpsuit and instead piled on other accessories in the form of the Sally LaPointe duster trench coat seen earlier, a Céline ‘Nano’ luggage tote, a Derek Lam midnight multi-fringed scarf and her ubiquitous Dior ‘Technos’ shades. I loved this look until I saw the bright white Kenneth Cole ‘Kam’ sneakers that stuck out like a sore thumb.

    I love looks 1, 5 and 6.

  2. Alina October 9, 2015 at 06:09 #

Look 6 is my favourite as well.

Look 1 and 6 work as is, the Solace top is pretty cool. I like looks 5 and 8 ankles up, those Stella McCartney shoes are fugly. The Balmain and Rich Jumpsuits are both tacky and the other main look isn’t up much either. Look 7 is a mess; joggers with a fur sweater? Look 4 is a basic off duty model look.

    Looks 3, 5 and 8. Love them!

  5. bisbee October 8, 2015 at 13:13 #

I don’t think much about her…she’s young so she’s still learning. I do like look #5 – I like that white/winter-white combination on someone with her coloring, minus the shoes.

What was Stella thinking when she designed those shoes?

  6. Rachel October 8, 2015 at 12:44 #

Non of them, I don’t really like her style. She is beautiful but she normally does nothing to make looks work.

Gosh, the comment section on this article really shows human nature………..

Back to fashion, her ES look is fantastic and my favorite

She’s dressing well in some looks but still lacks the presence to really wear and carry he clothes.
Can’t complain her style if compared to Kim k

  9. Alex V October 8, 2015 at 03:16 #

Kendall and Kourtney are the only stylish from the K Klan.

    • Amy October 8, 2015 at 10:42 #

I agree. People saying it’s forced, but I don’t get that vibe from her. She’s young and probably having tons of clothes sent to her by brands. So if she wants to have fun it, she should.
Her looks might not be for everyone but she wears it well.
I love the 1,3,6 and 8. well put together

    Look 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, & 8 are FAB!

She has such good street style- and I don’t get one hint of try hard from it.

Her and Gigi have looked great the past week.

Please put something under the sheer or mesh items. Please. No one wants to see your nipples or underwear. I know she’s a spawn of Kris Jenner, but at least attempt to keep it classy. It reeks of desperation.

  12. TinaL October 7, 2015 at 22:47 #

I think look 8 is more of ‘her’ style, she looks so forced and uncomfortable in other looks. Though I like the 9th look.

  13. Regina October 7, 2015 at 22:40 #

Of course she wears fur. I wonder how many animals were skinned alive so she could look pretty.

      + 1, silver fox, really??i’m disgusted

    • Nadia99 October 10, 2015 at 18:00 #

      +2

The Elie Saab is the only one I like simply because it looks the least try-hard. I personally have never gotten the fuss over Kendall, She is very ordinary, but of course she has that famous last name. I do respect her for working and distancing herself from the whoring machine that Kim and Kylie run on. With that said, sometimes Kendall can really nail it with her looks and even though most of these are bombs for me, they still top anything Mrs.West squeezes into.

    • Valissa October 8, 2015 at 08:58 #

I agree with all of this.

I want to like Kendall’s style, I really do. She wears great individual pieces. But it always looks like she tries so hard! It’s all so contrived; like she spent hours in front of the mirror with a stylist putting the outfit together. Its just not for me. I appreciate celebs that step out looking chic yet effortless.

  15. Claire October 7, 2015 at 21:45 #

Most of these are hits for me, but I especially like 1, 4 and 8. That jacket in look 8 is to die for!

  16. Christine October 7, 2015 at 21:38 #

    I like Look 1 and 6

  17. alvaro_spain October 7, 2015 at 21:07 #

I need this but about Zendaya! (Ralph Lauren, Vivienne Westwood, Vogue Paris party, blue fringes dress…)

  18. sophie October 7, 2015 at 20:54 #

Has this girl ever had to actually work for something? Coming from privilege, being pretty and thin doesn’t count.

The Solace London top is really chic as is the Sally LaPointe fur sweater.

    • LisaM October 7, 2015 at 21:24 #

Kendall is a model. Modeling is work.

    • Aminet October 8, 2015 at 01:25 #

I don’t see how her being privileged has anything to do with her street style.

      That was unnecessary.

      • Amy October 8, 2015 at 10:38 #

        PREACH.

  19. Eimear O'connor October 7, 2015 at 20:48 #

Shes an interesting one….her style seems quite awkward and forced to me, outfits that make her look more skinny, and ill fitting. She goes for alot of pale colours that wash her out…

  20. Raphael October 7, 2015 at 20:47 #

Please post Gigi Hadid looks, they are way better!

  21. Iva October 7, 2015 at 20:43 #

TBH – I don’t like any of these looks.
Look 8 is ok and look 6 should’ve worked, but somehow it doesn’t.

    • Jhh36 October 7, 2015 at 22:09 #

Yes, look 8 is the only one that is affirmatively good — the others range from so so (looks 1, 3, 4 & 6) to failure (looks 2, 5, 7 & 9)

  22. Sanya October 7, 2015 at 20:17 #

This is a bit too much for me. I only like look number 5. Elie Saab look would look much better on somebody else, she doesn’t convince me.

  23. Charlotte October 7, 2015 at 20:09 #

I love the look 5, the coat is beautiful.

The Balmain jumpsuit is awful, she was wearing a tong so we could see everything, it’s just ridiculous and tacky, not even a bit sexy.
