Elizabeth Olsen In Juan Carlos Obando – ‘I Saw The Light’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere & HFPA/InStyle’s Annual TIFF Party

Elizabeth Olsen In Juan Carlos Obando - 'I Saw The Light' Toronto Film Festival Premiere & HFPAInStyle's Annual TIFF Party

Elizabeth Olsen attended the ‘I Saw The Light’ premiere at Ryerson Theatre on Friday (September 11) followed by HFPA/InStyle’s Annual TIFF Party at the Windsor Arms Hotel on Saturday (September 12), both hosted during the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.

‘I Saw the Light’ Premiere: Her Juan Carlos Obando Fall 2015 black gown was not only a rather sombre showing but also quite mature for the bright starlet with the bell sleeves and exaggerated peplum none too flattering. Chopard jewels and Brian Atwood heels completed the look.

HFPA/InStyle’s Annual TIFF Party: Also a Juan Carlos Obando Fall 2015 ensemble, this one was a more freshly modern look for Elizabeth that was still in keeping with her black and white minimalist dress code. She paired the spiral asymmetric sleeveless top with black trousers, but it was the styling that I favoured with metallic heels, burgundy clutch and matching oxblood lip adding a touch of sassy attitude.

The dress is absolutely terrible on her. It is so unflattering and poorly fitted, and it just looks cheap. The second look is okay, kind of cool. But frankly, her style is growing REALLY stale.

The first look is plain, boring and ugly. The second is just okay and I agree with the poster who commented on the shoes being too pointy. They make her feet look out of proportion to her size.

The second one is cool but the cape thing does look a bit like a tent.

The first look is really unflattering, the second is much better even if I don’t like th shoes, too pointy!
I must say that this girl often manage to look older, the first time I saw her I thought she was the elder daughter of Ashley and Mary-Kate.
