Rihanna In Vivienne Westwood Red Label – RiRi By Rihanna Fragrance Unveiling

Rihanna In Vivienne Westwood Red Label - RiRi By Rihanna Fragrance Unveiling

Probably thankful that she opted to swerve the VMAs, Rihanna made an appearance at the Macy’s Downtown Brooklyn store on Monday (August 31) in New York City, to unveiling her latest fragrance RiRi by Rihanna.

I love how Rihanna made this Vivienne Westwood Red Label Fall 2015 pink lacquered lace corset dress her own; dialling down the frou frou vibe from the runway look.

This might be too bubblegum sweet for some, but I love how this ’80s throwback showcases the softer side to her style.

Hot pink Louboutins and lots of jewels including pretty pearls completed her look.

Yay or nay?

Don’t really get the hate, this look is super cute and harks back to early Rihanna which is fun.

+1 I think she looks lovely; I don’t get all the bashing either.

I don’t mind the dress for the event but the hair and jewelry are way too much. I would only save the shoes here.

This is some cheap, tacky mess. Both her dress and her perfume bottle

  4. Caroline September 1, 2015 at 17:28 #

Mess. Looks like a rented cocktail prom dress.

This looks like a costume. Nay.

    Cute in Barbie doll style!

This is so horrendous in a Falcon Crest-ish way… Prom screaming from all sides with those horrid puff sleaves.. But curiously she is making it work.

This looks like a bad prom or bridesmaid look from the 80’s…leave it in the past

She looks gorgeous. I don’t always like how she dresses, but she is an amazingly beautiful woman and quite a force. Long live RiRi!

She looks fantastic! I love when she leaves trashy looks for her sweeter side. She is such a natural beauty, has the perfect body, it boggles my mind why she often chooses to look bad.

I like this look. She looks pretty and soft.

I find it sweet and pretty, works for her fragrance launch.

She looks like a 80’s doll.
    A very bad look IMO.

I actually find this interesting. It is so unabashedly pink and sweet and bubblegum and plastic that it kinda works.

Dated and ugly and beyond ugly. Did I mention dated and ugly???

  16. Chris September 1, 2015 at 12:01 #

Dated. Tacky. I prefer it on her over the runway thing, but I still don’t like it.

    No.

    Nay. Very, very nay.

Cheap, dated, tacky look, further enhanced by the styling and she looks bored.I wish she had worn something more along the lines of the pink Pascal Millet look, which was both streamlined and quirky
