Get The Look: Hannah Davis’ Audrey Hepburn-Inspired Glow

Hannah Davis WHCD makeupCelebrity makeup artist Vincent Oquendo worked with Hannah Davis for the 2015 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner on Saturday ( April 25) in Washington, DC.

Vincent said, “I wanted to keep Hannah’s look very fresh and glowy. I imagined what a modern Audrey Hepburn would look like and I used that as my inspiration. Bronzed, chic, fresh and sophisticated.”

Here’s how to get the look.

Vincent started with the Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Self Foaming Mask. It’s a resurfacing mask that is like a facial in a box. It takes off all the dead skin in minutes and enhances the glow from under the makeup. Then he used the Klorane Eye Mask under her eyes.

He then applied NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in Medium #4 all over her skin, followed by NARS Creamy Radiant Concealer in Medium 4 under her eyes.

He lightly dusted Chanel Mono Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Safari all over her eyelid and on her lower lash line before applying Laura Mercier Eye Glacé Cream Eyeshadow in the lightest platinum tone for the inner corner of the eye. Then he curled her lashes and used Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara in Black from root to tip. He used a lash comb to feather and separate lashes followed by a set of Ardell Demi Wispie False Lashes cut in half and applied to the outer corner of her eyes.

Next he used Charlotte Tilbury Film Star Bronze and Glow on the cheeks and brow bone. he used the darker bronze colour under her cheekbones and the lighter colour on her cheek plane and brow bone to highlight and sculpt. Then he finished off the cheeks with Chanel Powder Blush in Jersey on the apples of her cheeks to add a subtle flush under her bronzed glow.

For brows he used Anastasia Brow Wiz in Medium Brown to fill in holes and beef up the brow, followed by Dior Brow Gel in Dark Brown.

For her lips he started with the Bite Agave Lip Mask to prep and hydrate lips. Then he used Laura Mercier Lip Liner in Naked and filled in the entire lip. He finished them off by applying Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Tinted Lip Balm in Blush.

Vincent wanted to make sure Hannah’s body glowed as beautifully as her face so he used Mario Badescu Summer Shine Body Lotion on her entire body to give her a bronzed goddess summer glow.
