Kate Hudson In Zaid Affas - 'Love In For Kids' Benefit

Kate Hudson attended her mother Goldie Hawn’s inaugural ‘Love In For Kids’ benefiting the Hawn Foundation’s MindUp programme, transforming children’s lives for greater success, held at Ron Burkle’s Green Acres Estate on Friday (November 21) in Beverly Hills, California.

Having seen this Zaid Affas Fall 2014 gown over the weekend, I was hoping that by today the white draped column gown would’ve grown on me.

No such luck.

I could imagine the likes of Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Felicity Jones or Olivia Wilde would’ve sold it to me, but this minimalist look just doesn’t feel right for Kate.

I did ponder had her hair been up would that have made a difference, but I think not.

The look is just too bland for her and is also coming off a tad maternity.
