Miranda Lambert In Bibhu Mohapatra – 2014 CMA Awards

Miranda Lambert Bibhu Mohapatra 2014 CMA Awards

Miranda Lambert attended the 48th annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 5) in Nashville, Tennessee.

The singer brought some Old Hollywood screen glamour to Nashville wearing a blush-pink Bibhu Mohapatra Spring 2014 chiffon gown, with plenty of sparkle courtesy of Lorraine Schwartz, plus an Emm Kuo clutch.

Retro waves solidified the Old Hollywood feel, with a bold red lip providing the finishing touch.

I love this change in direction for Miranda. Usually she sticks to a fully beaded formula of the Roberto Cavalli variety so this softer, ultra-feminine, glamorous approach is very refreshing. She was my favourite on the night.

Definitely one of her better looks.

Not loving this. Kind of dated.

Also my favorite of the night

The gown is lovely but the pink feels too Barbie with her very blonde hair, super tan skin, and too much makeup. The hair style unfortunately also is lacking and not very fresh. Not loving it.

Love the gown and designer for Miranda but she overdid the bling and silver nailpolish. Less of a tan would help too.

I like the feminine gown but I don’t think that it’s very flattering in the bust area on Miranda. Her styling is nice.

If she had done something else with her hair and makeup, this would have been a million times better. When I look at her from head to toe i dont love it. But when I covered up her face and just looked at the dress, I realized how beautiful it actually is. So close…

The hair is bothering me, too. I think she has looked much better in the past at these awards. Nice, but not great.

Nice but not feeling the hair. Makeup gorgeous and on point

Fresh and lovely, only something about her hair on top is slightly off.
