Zendaya Coleman In Rubin Singer – 2014 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards

Zendaya Coleman In Rubin Singer - 2014 BMI R&BHip-Hop Awards

Zendaya Coleman attended the 2014 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards held at the Pantages Theatre on Friday (August 22) in Hollywood, California.

The actress/singer wore an Rubin Singer Spring 2014 look featuring a sculpted iridescent bandeau with knotted rope embroidery and a rope brocade skirt paired with an army-style hat, yellow Louboutin pumps and a stack of bangles.

I really love the look.

Some might say she’s trying too hard, but she totally embraced the spirit of the event.

This look has plenty of flavour and attitude with a touch of glamour.

This confirms for me that her strategy for pop success is to basically turn herself into Rihanna. Cute look though

OMG! You beat me to it. It’s ” Baby Rihanna” all over this outfit! Still love the look.

Agreed! If riri wore this exact look, she would have killed it. This look head to toe screams riri but coleman is lacking presence

I really don’t see the appeal of this look..

Not liking the hat or the hair. Everything else is gorgeous.

The hair, makeup, hat and shoes are tacky.

Awesome! Perfect look for this event. People need to think outside of the style ‘box’ MORE!!!

ugly shoes. the ensemble is pretty nice and I like her lipstick .the hat’s got me a bit confused

The lookbook is far better, the cap and the shoes ruin the look for me.

  9. dee August 23, 2014 at 16:54 #

At first glance I thought this was Rihanna. I would have liked this better without the hat and a lighter lip color.

Just now seeing the awful shoes.

Such a shame, the execution is right though but maybe we’re not used to seeing this or the overall look overpowered her.
I see everything as the focus but just not her..

I love this ensemble, bold and spectacular. The hat is an overkill and the hair and makeup are dreadful.

I hate the hat, it really doesn’t do anything for her

the shoes, hat and overall cheapness are all baffling.

It is a joke!It is a Rihanna of the poor man’s…

    This is soooo bad…

The hat ruins the look. Zendaya belongs on the runway with her height and body frame. She should forget music.
