Ciara In Valentino & Sportmax – New York Live

Ciara In Valentino & Sportmax - New York Live

Ciara wore two looks yesterday (August 14) afternoon, one for her arrival and one for her departure from NBC Studios for her guest appearance on ‘New York Live’, where she talked about motherhood, her evolving fashion, working on new music, and her partnership with Degree’s Do More Campaign.

The new mum of three-month-old Future Zahir, who we all know as having one of the best bodies in the biz, was not quite ready to flaunt her post-baby figure just yet, opting for loose-fitting looks.

Arrival: She arrived wearing a 60s-style Valentino Pre-Fall 2014 short black dress featuring a contrasting white collar and cuffs, plus a dainty feminine flourish via the ruffled hemline, which she styled with black Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals.

Departure: Making an even more dramatic exist, Ciara wore a Sportmax Resort 2015 red coat, sweater and trousers combo, adding nude Casadei suede pumps and chic Karen Walker ‘Number One’ shades. I love the colour and the styling of the look, but I wish the whole thing was one or two sizes smaller. Everything is supersized here, which is jarring.

Not liking either. Looks heavy and way too much fabric. I prefer her Hood By Air hip hop look the other day while visiting MTV Studios waaayyyyy better.

I also like the dress, but the pants look is overwhelming. I love the red color, but the pieces are way too big for her.

I like the first look. The second look is okay but a little too much orange for me.
