Get The Look: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s ‘The Expendables 3′ LA Premiere 60s Inspired Makeup

"The Expendables 3" - Los Angeles Premiere - ArrivalsInspired by the ’60s, celebrity makeup artist Lisa Storey worked with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to create her red carpet look for the LA premiere of ‘The Expendables 3′.

Here’s how to get the look.

Lisa began by tracing the lash line with Tom Ford Liquid Eye Defining Pen and extending it out to create a cat eye, before applying Laura Mercier Caviar Stick in ‘Rosegold’ across the lid, followed by Tom Ford Eye Color Quad in ‘Cocoa Mirage’.

She used the flat brown shade to contour and the bronze-brown shade dusted over the top and blended out and up towards the brow, filling in her brows softly with Clé de Peau Eyebrow Pencil.

Using Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate to contour, followed by Tom Ford Bronzer, she then added a touch of blush, courtesy of Chanel Crème Blush in ‘Intonation’.

She then applied a generous lashing of Dior Blackout Mascara on top and bottom lashes.

Lastly, Lisa used Tom Ford Lipstick in ‘Sable Smoke’ to complete the look.

I do think her overall look was gorgeous but the makeup feature was unnecessary, don’t get me wrong, she does looks good but for the pricey makeup to get this very neutral look, many can do better with makeup that cost a lot less for this look.

No offence! IMO a blush pink lipstick would have elevated the softness of the look to match the lace details

      Thanks for your comment.

No offence taken. At the end of the day what you find unnecessary is necessary for someone else.

I have a different problem: I was trying to work out the chance of my ever getting to look like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, but there isn’t a calculator big enough in the world to work out that one.
