Get The Look: Chloe Grace Moretz’ Teen Choice Awards Effortless, Bed-Head Hair

FOX's 2014 Teen Choice Awards - ArrivalsCelebrity hairstylist Gregory Russell worked with Chloe Grace Moretz for the 2014 Teen Choice Awards.

“We wanted to create effortless, messy, bed-head texture for Chloe’s Valentino look at the Teen Choice Awards”, said Gregory.

Here’s how to get Chloe’s look.

He first blew out Chloe’s hair with a ceramic brush and then parted and sectioned the hair in half. Spraying each section with Kevin Murphy Damage Manager, he then twisted the hair away from her face, holding the ends and hitting the twists with diffused heat from a Harry Josh Blow Dryer and Hot Sock attachment.

After cooling, he brushed out with his fingers and used a 1.25″ iron to curl in the opposite direction at random. He then loosened the waves more by pulling down the ends with his hands and hitting them with the diffused heat again for a more lived-in look.

Next, he sprayed her hair with Klorane Dry Shampoo for dry, messy texture, finishing with Leonor Greyl Eclat Naturel through the ends and Kerastase Laque Couture Hairspray for hold.
