Jessica Alba In Zimmermann - Comic-Con 2014 'SinCity A Dame To Kill For' Experience

Jessica Alba joined Rosario Dawson at the ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’ panel during Comic-Con International 2014, heldat the San Diego Convention Center in California on Saturday (July 26).

The actress was radiant in a Tanya Taylor cropped black bandeau top and a billowing Zimmerman printed skirt with mesh paneling.

She accessorized with mirrored and tasseled Kotur ‘Guzel’ heels, which were an amusingly chic twist on the standard sandal, alongside a Tory Burch clutch, a Porter Lyons ‘Mississippi’ snake ring and Maria Black jewels.

Side-swept locks and a smoky eye completed her Comic-Con statement.

She overdid it with them shoes. She looks amazing from the ankles up. Love that skirt and love her hair.

Agreed. The shoes are too busy for that skirt.

I don’t like the shoes and the hairstyle. At all.

I love the shoes. I love the skirt. For some reason, I don’t mind the two together. Usually the busyness would bug me alot, but not here. I find it appealing.

The top idk about. But maybe its the lack of top (lack of any busyness) thats making me love the skirt and sandals together.

I usually like the way she dresses (she can really look amazing), but I don’t like anything about this. Her waistline seems wider, the shape of the skirt is unflattering and the shoes are too much.

I think she looks great. The shoes are perfect with the skirt, IMO.

Exactly. Thisd is a fun, super stylish statement. Perfect for the event and perfect on her. Good ffor her for taking a risk.. this ish bdotw worthy no doubt!

I don’t think she ever looked this bad. Tragic.

    • bisbee July 27, 2014 at 23:51 #

Tragic? That’s harsh. Why tragic? For this event, it looks pretty appropriate to me!

I can deal with the shoes but the cropped top is a bit too cropped for me. I think it would have worked better on a non-Mom/girl in her twenties.

    I think she looks hot.

I think she looks fantastic! Love everything about this look, even appropriate. The shoes, the skirt, the top…she looks amazing!

If she doesn’t want to see been as a sex symbol, as she says in all her interviews, then she shouldn’t be dressing like this, just sayin’.

I like the look by the way.

She looks amazing. Love the tricked out sandals with the skirt, wish there was something else going on up top to balance, maybe just hoop earrings, or her hair up in a top knot.

  12. Larissa July 28, 2014 at 09:05 #

    The shoes are STUNNING!!

  13. Yeliz July 28, 2014 at 11:56 #

I love the gorgeous shoes but they’re too much for this look, they also make her look very short when compared with a skirt in this length. I also love the skirt but the overall look not completely.

Love the outfit. Shoes are perfect for SDCC

  15. Rebecca Z July 28, 2014 at 15:15 #

I think she looks spectacular. Two things I don’t like–the see through panels in the skirt and the tassels on the shoes, but here they work. This is her style.

  16. TeaAtTwo July 28, 2014 at 16:28 #

I think those shoes work with the skirt. I think the similar colour stop it feeling too busy and for the location it’s a suitable place to have fun.

  17. Dhppy July 29, 2014 at 20:37 #

If the skirt had been cut where the pleats end, this would have looked much better. However, it’s too long and appears to touch the shoes which makes the whole thing look overcooked.
