Zoe Kazan attended the ‘The F Word’ Toronto premiere at Scotiabank Theatre on Monday (July 21) in Toronto, Canada alongside Daniel Radcliffe.
Wearing a pretty, uniquely designed Honor frock with colourful floral accents on the cropped overlay, some might say that, at 30 years old, perhaps this dress is too twee for Zoe.
However, I would say that she is the epitome of elegance, styling the look with simple black suede pumps, a braided updo and a red lip.
Too Twee or not too twee?

I think she looks beautiful. The dress is unique, has just the right amount of punch with the applied florals, they really pop on the black. The shape and proportions of the dress work on her small frame. Elegant, not tween at all. Maybe a more interesting shoe would have been good. I like her hair up too.
It’s such a beautiful dress. But the shoes are wrong – black suede doesn’t scream summer.
The dress is nice, the hair is what makes the overall look twee. The makeup is also a bit clownish.
The dress is lost on me, but I like her hair and makeup.
Poor styling. The hair and shoes are not working.
The dress is interesting and she looks cute in it, but the bulky suede pumps are killing the look. I like her in this dress, she just needed better shoes and a more elegant stance.
..and I think her hair and makeup compliment the look perfectly.
For me it’s her awkward shy stance that reads twee.
The dress suits her but I don’t like the shoes.
no. This is rather silly. I think its the hair that throws it into twee area.
nice but too twee!!!
I adore this beautiful dress. The floral appliqué on the black really pops
Not liking this
Too twee, in my view. A different hairstyle might have avoided the “twee-ness”, but that, along with the “little girl” pigeon-toed pose is throwing me off. Elegant is not how I would describe the look, but it is a lovely dress.
I don’t think it’s twee at all. It’s got a cool 50s/60s vibe to it though I would change out those shoes. Honestly, 30 isn’t very old at all. Just one year above your 20s.
I agree Anj. Perfect for Zoe (forever young) but her shoes are so clunky and boring. I would’ve loved turquoise heels to match the appliqué on her dress.
+1. That would have been so sophisticated!
I think she looks beautiful!
