Get The Look: Kendall Jenner’s Vogue Foundation Gala Slick Ponytail

Get The Look Kendall Jenner's Vogue Foundation Gala Slick Ponytail

Celebrity hairstylist Christian Wood worked with Kendall Jenner for the Vogue Foundation Gala.
With regards to his inspiration, Christian said:

“As soon as I saw the dress I thought a super-slick and shiny ponytail would give a tough modern edge to the gorgeous Balmain dress.

To achieve this look, first blow dry hair straight using a Babyliss Pro Hair Dryer.

Next, part hair in the centre using a pin-tail comb. Rub Moroccan Oil onto the top and sides of hair and, using a Mason Pearson brush, slick the hair into a low tight ponytail. Secure with a bungee elastic. Wrap a small piece of hair around the elastic and secure with a pin to cover.

Spray Frederic Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray all over the head and quickly comb the hair into the ponytail to create a super-slick, tight and flyaway-free look.

Spray Frederic Fekkai Glossing Mist on the part, almost the same way one would use makeup highlighter to really pick up the shine under lights.

Quickly run a T3 Straightening Iron over the ends of the pony for a poker-straight glossy finish.”

too much complain . she didn’t post everyday a kardashian she just three post and this is fashion week . it’s normal i think. if she didn’t ask us about posting kardasians there will be no discussion and complain. fc was kind to ask our opinion. it’s her site she doesn’t need to ask but she is kind

My goodness, a couple of posts is now called a parade?
No wonder some people are famous………

    • Giuseppi July 11, 2014 at 15:06 #

No, this is a parade. I was thinking the SAME THING. They’re showing up every day now. Please, FC. There are too many well-dressed people who have actually earned the attention to give this family air-time every day.

Yesss!! It is a parade nd loved this website as well…but I guess all good things come to an end +1

Kali, I am really upset about your comment.

I gave every one an opportunity to voice their opinion on this issue.

If three posts, which were posted during Fashion Week – a legitimate fashion event – can make you go from loving my site to hating it, then that is a very sad state of affairs and a real kick in the stomach to all the hard work I put in this site.

          Really disappointed by this.
