Zendaya Coleman In Emanuel Ungaro – ‘Letters To The Men I Have Loved’ Book Launch Dinner

Zendaya Coleman In Emanuel Ungaro - 'Letters To The Men I Have Loved' Book Launch Dinner

Zendaya Coleman attended the ‘Letters To The Men I Have Loved’ book launch dinner on Monday (June 30) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress/singer, who many of you thought overcooked her BET Awards look, toned things down on this occasion.

She was pretty in pink, donning yet another Emanuel Ungaro Resort 2014 look, this time featuring a silk tee and textured skirt with buttoned side pockets.

The look was styled with a floral brooch and black and silver Saint Laurent sandals, no doubt to complement the black and white trim on her top.

Much more like it, or do you still feel her style is too forced?

No try hard style here. She looks great! She is rocking this.

One of the veeeery few times I like what she is wearing or, better said, how she is wearing it.

please… she’s an 18-year old girl. Why dress up like that?

Well done h2t, impeccable, no complaints here.

and I don’t see how it’s too mature for her – the pink is sweet and the vibe is sporty and youthful – suits her and perfectly right and polished for the occasion.

More like it, skews a bit mature but the shoes and pretty color save the look.

Her composure in public amidst the backlash over the Aaliyah project has been commendable. So if she’s been a bit try-hard recently on the rc, she gets a pass from me. Word has it she has withdrawn from the project.

I wish she’d do something different with her hair. It ages her dramatically. Other than that she looked good

I don’t think its the hair that ages dramatically…its the whole look. Would of had liked it on someone older. not

This is much better than the styling let-downs from earlier this week. But, this isn’t a styling success either – the broach and the hair take this look into Jackie-O territory. Some wild curls would have helped keep this more urban and youthful

She looks lovely, and not forced, but the styling and dress does seem a bit mature….it ages her quite a bit.

She looks gorgeous! I love it

I think her style is tacky but this is improved.

Emanuel Ungaro is a tacky brand.

    There’s a reason A-List don’t wear the brand.

I love the sporty elegance mix she does. It’s young and different. She has genuine interest in putting her own stamp on her style.

I like it. Good look for her. It looks youthful to me.

I’m willing to overlook the wrinkly skirt because her styling is finally good. She has such a cool confidence that’s too often overshadowed by her OTT outfits.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Zendaya is after an Deal with Emanuel Ungaro ?

    She reminds me of Selena.

Remember when She for an goo Year and a Half wore almost always Versace and Attended The Versace Spring 2014 Ready To Wear Show most likely in hopes of getting an Deal but in the end it was Lady Gaga and now we never see Selena in Versace anymore.

Let’s remember Zendaya is a young woman, and at least she is brave with her fashion choices. We ALL know that it doesn’t always work out. Many people love to be a critic, but are not daring or fashion forward themselves. That being said-she looks lovely. I mean a la Nicole Peltz this is a YOUNG (17 to be exact) girl. She is serving up more than some grown woman who still can’t get it right.
