Olivia Palermo In Haute Hippie & Zara – Shutterfly By Design Event

Olivia Palermo In Haute Hippie & Zara - Shutterfly By Design Event

Olivia Palermo hosted the Shutterfly By Design event alongside Brit Morin and Michelle Workman on Wednesday (June 25) in New York City prior to her nuptials.

The socialite wore a colourful exotic look with a touch of Moroccan flair which is quite a feast for the eyes

You don’t know whether to look at her Haute Hippie ikat-print free-flowing blouse in vivid hues or her beautiful Zara embellished shorts first.

Your eye is then quickly drawn to her embellished loafers.

The top and shorts are perfection; the shoes, not so much.

Perhaps it was one embellished piece too far for me. I would’ve added a pair of nude sandals or ballet flats.

Do the shoes work for you?

Not liking the the two pieces together but separates

This is such a clash of wonderfully beautiful pieces that just don’t go together at all.

This is a hotchpotch. She should have matched either the blouse or the shorts with a solid color piece.

Olivia is so lovely — but she drives me nuts.
She always picks out such nice and interesting pieces and then ruins the look with overkill.

Fashion shouldn’t always be minimalistic. Love it from head to toe! Reminds me of african or indian prints-clash & colourful dressing. The simple bun-light makeup keeps the look grounded enough, it’s definitely not overkill imo. She has the newlywed glow.:-)

I love clashing patterns and she does it like nobody else.
Thumbs up, shoes included ( although they are not my favorite )

    She looks amazing!

    I love it from h-2-t

Love the look and how she mixes prints. I like the shoes – she needed something dark to anchor the look.

I actually hate that blouse, but the shorts do something magic with it that works for me. It is however, a rare instance when her shoe choice doesn’t flow.

Feeling the Moroccan flair, the shoes are a part of it, love.

I love this look, even down to the pixie shoes. She mixes patterns like no other (and to be honest, few girls could get away with outfits like this).
