Sophia Bush In Zimmermann – InStyle Hosts A Cocktail Party To Welcome Eric Wilson

Sophia Bush In Zimmermann - InStyle Hosts A Cocktail Party To Welcome Eric Wilson

Sophia Bush joined Kiernan Shipka at a cocktail party hosted by InStyle to welcome Eric Wilson as Fashion News Director on Thursday (June 12) in West Hollywood, California, which was her fourth event this week.

She’s done prints, sheer, and a jumpsuit this week; so on this occasion bold colour was the focus.

There’s a lot going on with this Zimmermann Fall 2014 dress which features a lace body, plunging neckline and mesh skirt all wrapped up in a vibrant red hue.

I can’t say I’m entirely crazy about the look, but she makes it work, as per, plus I love the styling including her favourite Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals, a red Rauwolf clutch and a bright red lip to round out her look.

Although I don’t like the mesh skirt, she totally makes this work. I really like this.

Her styling has elevated a lot of her outfits lately and this one is no different. That dress is pretty close to being ugly but she presents it well.

Super cool. The only thing I don’t like is that light streak in her hair at the front, she’d look so much better with dark hair

I like it, it actually my fave of her 3 looks this week, didn’t think that juvenile t-shirt style dress was the best option of her. This look, on the other hand, works very well for her – perfect for her figure, sexy, cool and vibrant, and her impeccable styling pulls it all together.

    Not liking this

I’m not feeling this, it doesn’t look cohesive. It looks like two separate dresses were stuck together.

I love the juxtaposition of the almost utilitarian looking mesh against the softer floral lace print. Then bright color ties it all together. It’s lovely and inventive. Bonus points for finding the right shade of lipstick.
