Rose Byrne In Max Mara – Women In Film 2014 Crystal + Lucy Awards

Rose Byrne In Max Mara - Women In Film 2014 Crystal + Lucy Awards

Rose Byrne arrived at the Women In Film 2014 Crystal + Lucy Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Wednesday (June 11) in Century City, California where she picked up the 2014 Women In Film MaxMara ‘Face of the Future’ award.

Once again she wore Max Mara, this time selecting a shimmering silver lame jumpsuit that made quite an impressive statement.

With the layered top and pleated wide-leg trousers, this chic piece exudes effortless glamour, which she amped up with the smoky eyes and Pomellato jewels.

A Rauwolf clutch completed her look.

Her head looks too large for her body. Anyone else notice this?

Rose Byrne is the queen of effortless, minimal red carpet dressing. I love this whole look

Gorgeous. BDOTW worthy in my opinion. She looks so cool and composed.

The proportions from waist up feels weird. Had the layer been smaller or the top gone higher I might have liked it more. As it sits now on her torso it feels like her ladies are been squeezed in and downwards.
    Other than that, flawless.

Love the modern elegance of this look. She looks stunning. If I were to nit pick, I would agree with Vicky above, the bodice seems to be sitting a bit low on her torso. And while I love the nude makeup and smoky eye, it is a bit chalky looking. J-LO often does a nude/smoky eye combo and somehow her makeup artist always manages to make her look glowy not chalky. Overall tho, Rose is glamorous in this delicious silver jumpsuit!

Different, unexpected, chic and glamorous, Love.

only I’d probably add a thin belt here, that seam in the middle looks too plain.

I do wish she had chosen a lower-hanging necklace, or that the bodice sat higher on her torso to fill the space, but this is a beautiful look nonetheless. It’s daring and fashion-forward without trying too hard. I can’t say I’m a fan of the makeup (it makes her look like she hasn’t slept in several days).
