Fan Bingbing In Christopher Bu – Barbie Doll Launch

Fan Bingbing In Christopher Bu - Barbie Doll Launch

Fan Bingbing attended her Barbie doll launch held at Grand Gateway Plaza on Saturday (May 31) in Shanghai, China.

The ‘X Men’ actress wore a Christopher Bu Spring 2014 music note short-sleeved gown for the special unveiling of her doll, who wears the dragon print gown which made her famous on an international level.

I love how soft and feminine she looks, especially with the simple hair and makeup; however, the dress feels like it is a size too big.

For some reason, the dress reminds me of a night-gown.

Definitely too big, a tad too long and would have benefited from a thin belt.

Horrible. Who’s idea was it to put music notes on a gown? If Valentino couldn’t do it right then nobody else should even try!

    Big No. Horrible.

    Hey FC,

Isnt’ her Barbie’s dress the one she wore to Cannes in 2010 I think?

I agree that she should have gone down a size and that the dress screams for a belt of some kind — perhaps a black ribbon sash?

How I wish she had worn the dragon-print gown! This is one case where a repeat would be the very best choice, IMO.

This is a badly tailored dress. I hope she didn’t actually spend money on this.

This almost looks off the rack, but oddly I like the overall effect on her. Maybe because of the cut and the looseness that it looks almost like, she was styled like a province lass. Which works? I don’t know, she looks sweet and relaxed, it’s kind of a lovely aura.
