Glamour Women of the Year Awards Menswear Roundup

Glamour Women of the Year Awards Menswear Roundup3

It wasn’t only beautiful women attending the Glamour Women of the Year Awards on Tuesday (June 3) in London; here is a quick look at the fellas.

Samuel L Jackson: As my mother would say, be careful what you wish for. I’m always harping on about menswear being a black, navy and grey affair, but here the actor shuns that trend, opting for a turquoise suit with a green print shirt, green satin tie and white slippers. Well, at least he tried something different.

Ryan Reynolds: The actor was on hand to present the Icon award to Dame Helen Mirren. Ryan looked very dapper wearing a Brunello Cucinelli blue herringbone suit with a striped tie styled with a white pocket square and brown shoes.

Sam Claflin: The actor attended the ceremony with wife Laura Haddock, where he picked up the Man of the Year award. He wore a sharp navy Alexander McQueen tuxedo with contrasting black lapels styled with a black python tie and patent-leather shoes. Laura looked angelic wearing a 1987 WilliamVintage Alaïa white draped frock with a gold Dolce & Gabbana headband.

Adam Lambert: The singer, who is currently in London rehearsing with Queen for their upcoming tour, was one of the presenters on the night. He wore a chestnut-coloured suit with snakeskin-print shirt, which is a typically snappy and stylish look from the snazzy dresser.

Luke Evans: Navy continues to be the new black, with the Welsh actor donning a Giorgio Armani three-piece navy suit styled with a light-blue shirt and navy printed tie. This was my favourite menswear look of the night. The colour brings out his eyes and the suit fit couldn’t be more perfect. The best I have seen in a while.

David Gandy: The British supermodel wore a three-piece suit with a twist, opting for a plain black waistcoat with his Princes of Wales check suit. He always finds a way to keep things interesting.
