Charlotte Gainsbourg In Louis Vuitton – ‘Misunderstood’ (Incompresa) Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Charlotte Gainsbourg In Louis Vuitton - 'Misunderstood' (Incompresa) Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Charlotte Gainsbourg attended the ‘Misunderstood’ (Incompresa) premiere during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 22) in Cannes, France.

Considering Adele Exarchopoulos, Julianne Moore and Mia Wasikowska all wore custom Louis Vuitton gowns, I’m surprised Nicolas Ghesquière didn’t whip one up for Charlotte.

Mostly likely it’s because, like Sofia Coppola, she likes the no fuss approach. Instead, she selected another Louis Vuitton Resort 2015 look featuring a navy printed sweater with gold-trimmed hole punches and high-waisted yellow trousers.

Both her gold belt and LV top-handle bag added some glitz to her look, but this is more like a FROW look or lunch with friends rather than a Cannes premiere look.

These are two horrible looks. Absolutely terrible. The look with the belt & purse is seriously the ugliest thing I’ve seen in a while. And the pink dress, is just cheap & tacky looking. And I’m being nice.

Okay, I don’t like this, but when it comes to fashion, I have a strong maybe-it-just-isn’t-my-style attitude.

But can anyone wear THIS monster of an outfit for a PREMIERE?!

    This is beyond ugly.
