Bérénice Bejo In Alexis Mabille – ‘The Search’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Bérénice Bejo In Alexis Mabille - 'The Search' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Bérénice Bejo attended ‘The Search’ premiere during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 21) in Cannes, France.

This was her premiere, but she pretty much faded into the background once the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Aishwarya Rai took to the red carpet.

The French actress wore a dark-blue silk-velvet Alexis Mabille long smoking strapless gown featuring a central slit and black silk duchesse trim.

While this isn’t a bad look, she should’ve saved it for a November premiere in London or New York.

A matching Alexis Mabille clutch, Chopard earrings and black pumps completed her look.

This is, in fact, dull, lackluster, out-of-season and uninspired. She got completely upstaged by the other 2 ladies who looked delightful, season and event-appropriate.

I think she looks elegant and true to herself- it doesn’t blow me away, but she looks undeniably beautiful!

I think she looks lovely. I’m a sucker for silk velvet and the cut of the gown is beautiful.

I think she looks elegant, sophisticated and beautiful – I like it, but I agree that it isn’t the best look for Cannes, in May.
