Mia Wasikowska attended the ‘Maps To The Stars’ premiere during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 19) in Cannes, France.
In keeping with her signature no-fuss style, the Australian actress wore a deep navy blue Louis Vuitton custom gown cinched in at the waist with a leather waistband.
This v-neck, short-sleeved gown featured the same trims, but in black leather, that we saw on Adele Exarchopoulos’ Louis Vuitton gown for the opening ceremony.
Between the wind and the rain Mia wisely swept her hair into a purposely messy updo, with neutral makeup completing her look.

I like this on her…nice combination of prim yet sexy.
Best LV yet here but I’m not a fan of the deep neckline and it’s not exactly an exciting look.
Yes, Mia, does seem to have a no fuss style and I like it. This suits her and she looks beautiful. In fact, for me, I would say she looks the best at her movie premiere. Simple, fits beautifully, color is good, just a little decoration for interest, hair and make up are lovely.
I think this is quite a great effort from her.
too boring. Zzzzzzzz
God she bores me. The gown is quite okay on her though, it’s probably one of her better looks.
I absolutely love this! Simple, clean and beautiful!
I think this is the prettiest Mia has ever looked. Soft hair, pretty make-up, and she’s really come into her own the last couple of years.
But this dress is a little dull, and yes, too similar to Adele’s. Ghesquiere isn’t bringing much to LV so far.
I agree with everything!
The gown works very well on her but this is, in fact, boring.
A single word resumes my feelings : NO
This is boring and the gown is too similar to Adele’s. I would’ve understand it had both gowns been from the same collection, but if it’s custom made, then it shouldn’t be similar.
+1
Boring as usual
….and I actually hated that whole LV collection 🙂
Oh wow…. I actually think this could be the best Mia has ever looked.
Nicolas Ghesquière is not my taste.
I think Louis Vuitton under him is a no no for Mia.
The gown is meh and he was so unimaginative to do the stripe down the middle as he did for Adele.
Really?, am I the only one thinking that this is the exact same cut as in Julianne Moore’s, and Adele’s dress?????… so disappointing, I expected more from Louis Vuitton, I don’t like this new direction.
I really like this on her. By Cannes standards this might be muted, but for her that’s quite a statement I would say.
+1
Wish she did more with her styling but I like the dress on her.
