Rosario Dawson In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘Captives’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Rosario Dawson In Dolce & Gabbana - ‘Captives’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Rosario Dawson took to the red carpet for the premiere of her latest movie ‘Captives’ during Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 16) in Cannes, France.

Keeping up the black and white theme started by Mr and Mrs Reynolds, the actress wore a black and white lace Dolce & Gabbana sleeveless dress, which didn’t have quite the dramatic impact I was hoping for.

It was well shy of being a ‘go big or go home’ Cannes-worthy gown, but she looked beautiful nonetheless. The look was well styled with complementary accessories and I just love that pink lip.

Beautiful but not enough for the Cannes red carpet. I was also expecting more.

Oh no, this is too ‘grandma’, she can do better.

She does look nice but I’m disappointed.
The hair, make-up and styling are lovely.
The dress? Just so-so. It’s not big enough for Cannes and does nothing to accentuate her curves.

Not liking the dress or shaved hair.

She looks nice, but ‘nice’ is not enough at Cannes.

Pretty, but not enough for Cannes.
