Roberto Cavalli Creates Katy Perry’s ‘Prismatic World Tour’ Wardrobe

Roberto Cavalli Creates Katy Perry’s ‘Prismatic World Tour’ Wardrobe

Roberto Cavalli has created two looks specially for Katy Perry’s ‘Prismatic World Tour’, which kicks off in Belfast, Ireland on Wednesday (May 7).
Working the prismatic theme to a tee.

Look One, the ‘Kaleidoscope Brodè’ dress, is fully embroidered with prism crystals, sequins and iridescent micro-bugle beads.

The dress is highlighted by a tulle plastron with patchwork motifs made in leather for a holographic mirror effect which creates tri-dimensional reflections.

The micro-mini look will have plenty of movement via the fringed hemline.

Look Two, ‘Crocodile Scarab’, features two micro pieces: a sporty halter top and a pleated skirt.

This look will be emphasized by a multi-reflection effect created by the mirrored multi-coloured leather, with a crocodile graphic appliqué on a multilayered light mousseline silk lamé fabric.

The mini ‘Perfecto’ biker jacket created in printed leather will be emphasized with a holographic reptile motif.

It is easy to picture Katy in these looks, including the multi-coloured ponytail pictured in these graphics.

I have no doubt that quirky Katy will be out in full force during this tour, as she should be.
