Debra Messing attended The New York Pops 31st Birthday Gala held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Monday (April 28) in New York City alongside Sarah Jessica Parker.

The actress wore a beautiful Christian Siriano Fall 2013 black strapless dress flocked with a rich gold print.

I’ve studied this look for a while and I feel that the dress is let down by some serious over-styling.
