Miriam Yeung In Vionnet – 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Miriam Yeung In Vionnet - 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Miriam Yeung attended the 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards on Sunday (April 13) in Hong Kong, China.

Joining the soft-pastel-hue brigade, the actress looked stunning wearing a Vionnet Spring 2014 white halter gown emphasized with a lemon draped bodice.

On the runway the look was styled with an orange necklace, so I love that Miriam made the look her own by selecting a Bulgari diamond-encrusted serpent necklace, which complemented the rest of her jewels.

A simple updo and a Charlotte Olympia ‘Pandora’ perspex clutch completed her look. (I’m ignoring the platform glitter heels)

There were so many great looks at this event. As always, these ladies know a thing or two about excelling on the red carpet.

Don’t like the front of the gown or shoes. The back of the gown is lovely.

I love the gown and she wears it with confidence and style. I could live without the necklace–don’t even see the shoes so they aren’t bothering me. She looks very elegant and lovely.

Even though I don’t absolutely love this dress- it has imoact and is different. I agree with FC – these ladies do excel on the red carpet – they are so much more interesting than most of what we see at the oscars!!!

I don’t know what Vionnet does but their clothes always look softer than everyone else’s. It’s a good look.

She’s drowning in that gown plus it washes her out. And stripper shoes are the last nail in that fashion coffin. Meh

I quite like this. It’s simple and romantic and I adore the back! Styling could’ve been better…
