Cherry Ngan In Alice + Olivia – 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Cherry Ngan In Alice + Olivia - 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Cherry Ngan, nominated in the Best Actress category for her role in ‘The Way We Dance, took to the red carpet for the 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards on Sunday (April 9) in Hong Kong.

The actress looked divine wearing an Alice + Olivia backless halter gown with a colourful and dramatic graphic-print from the designers’ capsule collaboration with famed muralist and graffiti artist David Choe.

She styled the look with an Anya Hindmarch ‘Crisp Packet’ silver clutch and an elegant half-up, half-down hairstyle.

You may remember that Anne Hathaway recently wore a skirt from this same collection.

    Interesting gown.

I’ll go with “interesting” as well. I’d prefer the print to be wholly abstract without discernable faces, but the colours work.

    Surprisingly – I like this.

I like this a lot–you get the princess/ballgown silhouette without the gooey sweetness. Not a fan of the clutch but I like the gown.

I love this from head-to-toe. The print of the gown is very interesting.

Hate the clutch but it doesn’t distract me much.

I think this is a fun yet still appropriate and pretty look. That big smile is a perfect accessory.

    Big thumbs up from me!
