Coleen Rooney In Victoria Beckham – Aintree Racecourse

Coleen Rooney In Victoria Beckham - Aintree Racecourse

Coleen Rooney headed to Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, England to celebrate her birthday 28 birthday on Thursday (April 3).

Proving she’s klassy, with a deliberate ‘K’, the WAG donned a fuchsia number with a cropped overlay and fitted skirt by the former WAG they all still look up to, Victoria Beckham. She will always be their queen.

Opting to go matchy, matchy, matchy, matchy; she teamed her pink dress with pink peep-toe heels and a Victoria Beckham pink-and-white clutch while sporting a hot-pink manicure.

With her new red hued hair swept to the side with a loose curl she completed her look with very heavy eye makeup. Too heavy for a daytime look. But lets not forget she is a WAG and the usual fashion rules don’t apply, which is why I love them.

I bet VB is so happy she left that all behind and now has class with a C. Just awful-her feet look like pig trotters.

the dress is actually nice but the shoes are just awful. they bring down the whole look

      I agree.

    • Agi April 4, 2014 at 20:02 #

    Too matchy matchy

  4. Joy April 4, 2014 at 12:18 #

This is a super flattering VB look. Love everything about it minus the shoes, but I guess I shouldn’t expect anything else from a wag.

It’s a nice dress but styled all wrong. Those shoes are horrible! I like the clutch too but not with the dress. It’s all just so cheesy!

    • beta April 4, 2014 at 15:15 #

      Totally agree.
The clutch is tdf, the dress too -though not together
But oh my gawwd those shoes
And the caked on make up,and prom hair

she has 28 years old??? she seems much older, 35 at least! too bad!

    • dee April 4, 2014 at 13:17 #

I was thinking the same thing. She looks much older than that. I don’t think the shoes or clutch work. The dress is OK.

Same here! The first thing I thought about when I saw “celebrate her 28th birthday”! Anyhow, the dress is really nice, whereas the styling .. oh well.

By the way, I wanted to comment on your writing about the “klass” FC, I don’t think it’s nice to ridicule them, everyone’s gotta style so we may as well respect it even though we don’t like it. Just a minor observation

It was a joke…everyone else seems to have got it.

I love WAGs…always have done and never been ashamed to about it.

You have me all wrong missy.

          • Petra April 4, 2014 at 13:58 #

            My wrong then :)

        • Lee Ann April 4, 2014 at 16:12 #

I reallydon’t think its FC’s style to ridicule. I agree everyone has style -it can be bad or good. Looking at the pictures of Ladies Day at Aintree I would say there was a LOT of bad style being worn today.

She seems much older than 35 at least 45 !!!

Coleen wears clothes pretty nicely, but this isn’t her best. And I hate the matchy matchy accessories.

  9. kane April 4, 2014 at 15:06 #

The dress is nice and I could even have the bag a pass with it if the rest of the styling had been up to the task.

  10. LEA April 4, 2014 at 15:21 #

This is so unflattering and the styling is just so tacky and outdated. WTF is wrong with all this rich woman who have no style and don’t hire a stylist?
Give me a call. A woman shouldn’t leave her house looking this bad.

  11. SilentVisitor April 4, 2014 at 16:26 #

The dress looks pretty on her although a bit tight. The shoes and makeup are awful

  12. Anne Gallagher April 4, 2014 at 17:02 #

I love the fuchsia pink colour, but the dress doesn’t quite fit. The make-up is terrible.

  13. Dhppy April 4, 2014 at 19:42 #

It’s the shoes and the makeup that are the real offenders here. If they were upgraded, this could be a completely different story.

  14. DivaDebbi (Beauty and Fashion blog) April 4, 2014 at 21:24 #

Can someone kindly explain WAG? I don’t care for anything about this look, dress, fit (I assumed pregnant), shoes, bag, hair makeup and I am shocked as well that she is only 28.

  15. firien April 5, 2014 at 21:37 #

I love that crowd of platform-shoed WAGs behind her… reminds me of that picture back in 2012, wearing Philip Armstrong: http://www.redcarpet-fashionawards.com/2012/04/13/coleen-rooney-in-philip-armstrong-john-smiths-grand-national-ladies-day/

not much change of background :)

    • mandy April 7, 2014 at 02:06 #

LOL my exact thoughts. Apparently one of them still lives in Daffodiles haha

  16. Valerie April 8, 2014 at 11:26 #

This! It immediately reminded me of that picture, just epic. I can’t take an army of wags seriously, sorry. :)
